Bangladesh is one of the fastest growing economies of South Asia. It is on track to be graduated from a Least Developed Country (LDC) to a Middle Income Country in 2026. Currently, Bangladesh has the 35th largest economy in the world and despite the global economic downturn coupled with the COVID-19 health pandemic, the country is optimizing its available resources to ensure a stable GDP growth rate and Human Development Index (HDI). Moreover, the government has been successful in containing the health pandemic and strengthening its diplomatic ties with many countries.

The Government of Bangladesh has mobilized its available resources to revive post-COVID economic setbacks, maintaining a stable GDP growth rate, enhancing accessibility to basic amenities, and dealing with the global economic crisis that resulted in the rise in inflation rate. Despite the challenges, the government continued with its short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies, which the country's people benefit from.

CON-fusion Private Limited (CPL) was established in 2021 with the aim to complement the host and foreign governments' development initiatives and efforts in enhancing the quality of life of the people by engaging government agencies, donor partners, and private sector entities.

During the post-pandemic, aligned with the government's initiatives, CPL procured and distributed KN-95 masks to toddlers, children, and early teenagers and redistributed the income generated to families in financial need. CPL provided technical assistance to several private sector entities in incubating their business operations, designed business strategies and business processes, and conducted several feasibility studies in addition to conducting market analyses, economic analyses, and financial analyses. Moreover, CPL conducted business viability checks through a Rapid Assessment Toolkit based on existing business operations.

Since its inception, CON-fusion Private Limited (CPL) has been rendering its services to government projects as sub-national partners and also as downstream partners. Since CPL has the needed experience, competencies, and capacities to lead national and international projects, CPL is now more actively participating in traditional and contemporary donor-funded projects.

The management of CON-fusion Private Limited is multi-layered and includes experts from different sectors. The three-tier management system enables the company to accelerate decision making and also innovate new approaches and ideas. Additionally, two of the board members are actively working in the Management Team, which not only boosts the confidence of the employees but also ensures that quality services are rendered and appropriate strategic and operational approaches are being followed.
